Halloween Wedding

Fantasy Friday ~ A Las Vegas Engagement and Elopement!

Bridey, by this point, you know that I am absolutely obsessed with Las Vegas, so when I saw this FAB Las Vegas engagement shoot and wedding (all within two days) of Britney and Jon; I totally jumped up and down! This is an amazing elopement with some super cool deets and ideas specifically to take care of their guests all while encapsulating the insanely deep connection between Britney and Jon.

This San Francisco couple did not want a traditional white wedding, so what are a girl and boy to do? Oh yeah! Grab your guests, head to Las Vegas, get married at the Little White Wedding Chapel by an Elvis impersonator and have the time of your life! Right? Right! Bridey, if you feel like Britney, Jon and I are speaking to you through their completely awesome wedding, then just wait until you see the Save the Dates,  pink Cadillac and wedding day(s) itinerary and your decision to elope (to Vegas) will be made! Enjoy!Love this photograph, and I'm completely in LOVE with Britney's shoes!I mean... How fucking FAB is this???WOW! Britney, you are truly beautiful! Love how you're rockin' the bright red lipstick! Totally a girl after my own heart!Holy shit. That's an incredible dress!Awwwwww.....Such a cool pic!Yup! There's an ass behind them. And you know what? I kinda love it!

Fantasy Friday ~ A 1920s, Speakeasy Themed Anything But Average Wedding

If Kacie and Shaun look familiar to you, it's for good reason. Perhaps you have visited them at the bar where they tend, but most likely it's because I posted their Engagement Shoot on Bitchless Bride. Ringing any bells, bridey? Remember, Kacie had Shaun at knife point! Seriously! But, the blade was not resting across his neck, it grazing the top of his head. Talk about trust! Holy shit! But, when I asked Kacie if Shaun lets her shave his head, it turns out that her prefers to do it himself... out of fear!

Anyway, I am absolutely psyched to show you this speakeasy themed, Halloween day wedding, bridey! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that Kacie and Shaun incorporated their love for booze (they are both bartenders) into their wedding, going back to the orgin of their profession with a 1920s speakeasy-themed wedding. Their guests wore FABULOUS vintage costumes, enjoyed the speciality cocktails (created by the B+G of course!) and smoked some serious cigars. Hell yeah!!!

Tee hee... Vintage nudie magazine! How fucking awesome is that??!!What a fantastic shot...Kacie, your dress!!!! OMG! Stunning.Besties.

Fantasy Friday ~ A Kickass, Zombie, Pirate Halloween Wedding...

It's Halloween. How could I not show you a fabulously spooky awesome Halloween wedding? Right? I mean... Isn't that what I'm supposed to do? Now, as you know, I don't always follow the rules, but this one was too good to pass up. Seriously, any bride who takes a fucking scissors to the bridesmaid dresses is cool in my book. That AND a black and white wedding dress and pirate groomsmen? Hell yeah! I can't... It's too good.

See for yourselves, bridey. I'll let Allison, the bride, take over to explain a bit about her wedding... Enjoy, bridey!! And Happy Halloween!

From the bride: My dress was from Ebay. I knew I wanted a funky black and white dress, but still wanted to look like a bride. So I typed in "black and white corset dress" and my dress was one of the first to come up. I loved it immediately and ordered it within days. Not the usual bridal party makeup... You never see a fake hand anymore. From the bride: I found the bridesmaids dresses on Ebay- when they arrived, we grabbed some knives, scissors, lighters and fake blood and just went to town on these dresses. We had no real direction- just chop, slash and splatter until they were zombified to our liking. From the bride: I thought it would be great for the zomb-maids to have dead flowers in their hands since they were supposed to be "dead" after all. Can you imagine being a bridesmaid? Hold on... Let me take a scissors to my dress and paint my face full of fake blood. Um, okay!!!From the bride: When thinking of good ideas for parents costumes, right away James said that my dad had to be Superman. "He's the father of the bride!- He has to be superman!" So that was a done deal. My dad was happy to oblige.Love this pic! I love it even with the ref officiating their wedding!
