So, Kat and Jamy got married in a castle in Connecticut. I mean... Doesn't that just seem so luxurious? Right? Say it out loud with me... "Kat and Jamy got married in a castle." I love the way that sounds, and I wish you could hear the fancy way I say it! Anyway... I'll put the booze down. So, besides the whole castle thing, I heard that Kat and Jamy were a pretty awesome, laid back couple who had a wonderful wedding day. Bridey, that's what it's all about. No, not the castle, the being laid back and awesome part! Seriously, there is no reason to not enjoy your wedding day!
And, there is no reason why you aren't going to LOVE the shit out of this wedding. As you scroll down, there is a cool l'il surprise for you to appreciate. It's so FAB that I kinda got stuck on this one (big) detail. Don't ask, just see for yourself! Enjoy!
I mean.... Awwwww...
Kat, that is one hell of a diamond!
Can we just talk about fucking awesome that pic is?
These girls clearly have a great time together! And....They look damn good doing it!
I couldn't do that. I could totally see myself reaching around that door, grabbing my hus and planting a big kiss on him!
I love everything about this shot. The lighting, the drama, the gigantic urn of flowers...
That's a FAB kiss!
Yeah... That's a sailboat. Isn't that crazy? The wedding is at castle, and there is a fucking abandoned sailboat behind the property!
That picture looks like two models posing for a styled shoot, right? I know! But, it's totally not. Bree and Chad are a real couple, and this is a real wedding; it just happens to be fabulous! Tony, their photographer, said that these two were friends for quite some time before the relationship took a romantic turn, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see why. Chad is a talented musician and silversmith & Bree is an artist, hair stylist, and a curator of beautiful things. Clearly, this B+G are totally 'team awesome', and positively bring out the best in each other (seriously... just look at the pics below!).
Bridey, there is no doubt that you will love this the details and aesthetics in Bree & Chad's wedding. There are absolutely stunning DIY deets for you to drool over (like fucking awesome dried flowers, signs, etc.), and dare I say the vibe is simply intoxicating? Enjoy!
See Bree’s wedding dress? It was her grandmother’s... LOVE IT! Just wait until you see her in it!Stunning and unique! Love the dried flowers!Proud mama....Chad's just hanging out, trying to be all chill...It might be her grandmother's dress, but it certainly looks like it was made for Bree! Right? Can we please talk about how great Bree's nails are? The dark polish with the vintage wedding dress is FAB!Wait, wait, wait... Chad, is that velvet! For real? I love you even more now!! STFU!!
Sara and James have four children. FOUR! And, they still like each other enough to get married! I mean... I have two kids and there are days that I want to tell my hus to "suck it" and slam the door in his face! As some of you may know, kids definitely bring out the best and the worst in a couple, and looking at Sara and James, it's clear to me that their kids bring out the best in them.
These two got married in the East Ayton Church before heading off to Betton Farm to celebrate with their friends and family. And when you see the pics, you will see that although their reception was quite beautiful, the wedding was nothing short of a kick ass party! Hand cuffs (yup!), booze and mood lighting certainly get the party going that's for sure! Enjoy the inspiration, both aesthetically and emotionally!
I am OB SES SED with Sara's dress! It's the perfect mix of princess and wedding...Um... Those are silk. Right? I would have never guessed!Sara! You're stunning!Such a dapper groom!Cut it out! Would you look at how happy Sara is to see James! This is what it's all about, bridey! Quick! Let's get away to snap some pics!I love how much they laugh together!!Stunning decor! Pretty cake!Again... Look at Sara's face! FUCKING LOVE IT!
I love this B+G! I love their style, and I love how they integrated so much of who they are as a couple into their wedding. I preach it every week, bridey, and Bridget and Brian practiced what I preached! They stayed true to who they are had a fucking awesome wedding! The scenery, the adorable kiddo, the beautiful ceremony and the cool ass reception say it all! There is so much inspiration within this post that I am going to shut up and let you get to it! Enjoy!
I'm kinda obsessed with this wedding gown. That beading! OMG!!Bridget, this is a stunning shot! You look sensational!Um... Look at that cutie!!I mean... How cute is he??!! Love the bow tie!!I think somebody is stealing Bridget & Brian's show! Right?Amazing bouquet!LOVE LOVE LOVE the black bridesmaids dresses! Each a little different, and all totally FAB!Okay... Let's go get married!
Bridey, let me ask you a question… How often can you say that you made a decision based on a pair of socks? Never, right? I mean… Let’s be honest, usually I make a decision based on the kickass shoes I get to wear, but never the socks!! Right? Anyway… the post you are about to embark on today? I was totally drawn to it because of the socks. True story. Brett, the groom, is wearing such a FAB pair that I just couldn’t resist. Turns out, the rest of the details captured in Lynn and Brett’s wedding are just as cool as Brett’s socks.
I’m absolutely DY ING over the escort card “display” (OMG… holy shit!), the gift “box” and the message in a bottle. Not to mention the cake topper is completely awesome. To me, Lynn in Brett absolutely succeeded in making their wedding about who they are as a couple while at the same time, engaging their guests. Bravo….
I'm obsessed with the detail in Lynn's dress!Seriously? SO SO SO cute!C'mon with the socks!! I really love them (and there's even another pic!)!Don't you just love the gift "box"?Utter joy... WOW! That's one hell of a dip/kiss!!
I love this wedding. I know I say that all of the time, but Sarah and Terry's wedding is a little different because when I first saw this submission, I thought it was a styled shoot. Seriously. The details are so lovely, and amazingly, completely capture the essence of both family and design. It's really incredible. Look up. See that pic? Totally looks like it should be rockin' the pages of some fancy magazine. The roses in the bouquets are just so, and they are quite stunning. But, it's not a styled shoot, bridey, it's a real Southern wedding!
Seriously, this fall wedding will make you feel like you are standing in the middle of an autumn painting. All of the details help to create a beautiful mindset and overall feel of warmth. Not gonna lie... Sarah's dog and flower girl definitely steal the show at times, and the cuteness is almost overwhelming. I love the mason jars, wheat stalks, and gorgeous florals. Bridey, there is so much to look at in this post, so you'd better get started!
Such a beautiful gown!!Doggie!!!
Could ya' bust!? Flower girl chasing the dog!I mean, this wedding screams fall!! I LOVE the blankets, and all of the fall decor!OMG. Too cute!
Sarah, your over the shoulder gown is truly FAB! Looks amazing on you!Such a fantasic pic!The rest of the photographs are why I thought this was a styled shoot.
That's a hot pic. Seriously, I feel like I haven't seen very many wedding albums where I walk away saying, "that photograph is sexy." But, this one? Hot damn. Erika and Tim are HOT! Right? So, your homework assignment, bridey? Take a moment on your wedding day (ovbi with your hus), and take a few sexy photographs. Get excited! Okay... Moving past the sexy pics. I totally love this wedding. Not only are Erika and Tim hot and awesome, but it was super important to them that their wedding incorporated who they were as a couple and individually. You see, Erika could kick all of our asses because she has a black belt in Tae Know Do, and Tim is also a martial arts enthusiast. Just wait until you see the groom's cake!
They really wanted their wedding to be laid back and simple. Erika said that, "I just want everyone to come and have a good time and be comfortable." and based on the photographs, I'd say that they succeeded. Living in Georgia, they wanted a venue that truly captured the south. Not that anybody would accuse them of being country by nature, but because several of their guests traveled from abroad to be there, they wanted them to experience a real southern wedding.
I don't know this for sure, but I am guessing that these pics are in memory of a family members who have passed... A lovely way to remember without getting too sad. What a lovely first look!Great photograph! I LOVE the bridesmaids dresses!I love everything about this ceremony... It's rustically fabulous. The cuteness factor is almost too much.
Brideys, do me a favor. I want you to scroll down and take a look under "Industry Peeps" specifically, the event designer. Notice anything? Yeah, the bride designed this beautiful wedding. Not an industry peep, but the bride!! And I cannot get over all of the kickass details she incorporated into her wedding! Seriously, I love the framed photographs you see in the opening pic, but I also love how they are hanging from the tree.
Soooo... Erika and Nathan got married at their private residence in Southern California. And not only do I love that they got married at their home, but I love how they took so many steps to create a marriage between their home and their wedding... Pretty fucking fantastic, right? Between the lovely DIY elements (thank you Erika) all the way down to the rustically AWESOME wedding cake, I just cannot get enough of this wedding. And neither will you.
Gorgeous bouquet! And a gorgeous bride!Erika! I LOVE your stunning veil!!I'm sorry, but could you bust? Amazing first look pics and amazing kiss!If it weren't weird, then I'd totally hang this in my house. FAB centerpieces! Just FAB!!!
I love how chill Maggie and Matt's wedding was. Like super chill. I mean... Maggie was barefoot for most of the day!! I know, right? How awesome is that? And when she needed to slip on some shoes? She just put on her lace Toms... No biggie. LOVE IT! And Matt? The dude had on khaki pants and suspenders! Now, how FAB is that? Even their dog, Lunchbox, wore a handmade bow-tie! Not only that, but these two really made their day all about their love for each other, and the love for their family and friends.
Bridey, if you scroll down you will see all of the lovely details from Maggie and Matt's amazing wedding. They rocked organic flower arrangements, set a vintage mismatched table, drank from mason jar drinking glasses, and served Southern vegetarian food. Basically? They incorporated everything they loved into one day.... And frankly, I can't think of a better day to just that! Enjoy!
I love that the dog's name is Lunchbox!Funny story? Apparently, the guys had no idea how to tie a bow tie.Handmade, vintage inspired bridesmaids dresses found on Etsy.Awwwwwwwww.......Hip! Hip! Hooray!!See? Maggie is barefoot! LOVE IT!!
